DMAIC is a method used for existing business processes in order to improve them. DMAIC stands for:

•             Improve the current process, basing on the analysis from the data gathered. This is one of the most powerful things that Six Sigma has. It is because improving the projects every now and then would help a company to grow.

•             Control the future process to ensure that corrections are done from any deviations from a target before it results in defect.

DMAIC project methodology is surely a terrific help to a company. Complying the needs of the clients will be done easily when a company is using DMAIC as one of their project methodology.
